John Mrachina has been in the medical field since 2010, starting as a registered nurse in Metro Detroit hospitals. He gained experience across various units, eventually specializing in ICUs. Over 12 years, he worked in ICUs across Metro Detroit and traveled to NYC, Tampa, and El Paso during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, John served as a Captain in the Army for over 5 years, focusing on trauma and surgical units.
In 2018, he became a Family Nurse Practitioner. A year later, he discovered testosterone replacement therapy, which significantly improved his sleep, energy, libido, mood, and overall well-being. This experience revitalized his workouts and helped him overcome previous plateaus, restoring his youthful vitality.
