Mood changes and irritability

Decreased libido

Vaginal dryness or discomfort

Sexual health concerns

Hormonal changes may be one of several possible contributors to these symptoms. An evaluation can help determine what is happening.

Safety

“Is HRT Safe for Me?”

Hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Level Up evaluates each woman’s potential benefits, risks, medical history, symptoms, goals and other individual factors before recommending treatment.

An individual evaluation can include consideration of:

  • Age and stage of perimenopause or menopause
  • Personal medical history
  • Family history
  • Cardiovascular risk
  • History of blood clots
  • Breast and gynecologic history
  • Whether the patient has a uterus
  • Current medications
  • Symptoms and treatment goals
  • Appropriate laboratory testing
  • Other individual risk factors
Our goal isn’t to put every woman on hormones. Our goal is to determine what is contributing to her symptoms, whether hormone therapy is appropriate, and what treatment strategy makes sense for her.

Potential Treatment Options

Your Plan Is Built Around You

Depending on the individual, treatment could potentially involve a range of hormonal, nonhormonal and supportive options.

There is no single hormone protocol for every woman. Your individual evaluation guides your treatment strategy.
Follow-Up and Monitoring

Ongoing Care and Monitoring

Ongoing follow-up helps assess symptoms, response, side effects, safety, labs when appropriate, and whether the plan needs to be adjusted.
